We have just launched two delicious new sauces – Hollandaise Sauce and Bearnaise Sauce – perfect for enjoying with some Spring and Summer cooking. Both sauces are made from free range eggs and our Cotswold Gold extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil.
The Hollandaise is a rich and smooth sauce with a hint of lemon, that is an indulgent accompaniment to fresh asparagus, poached eggs, fish and vegetables.
The Bearnaise has the tang of tarragon, shallots and black pepper making it delicious with vegetable and meat dishes – particularly steak and baked ham.
