Your Right to Cancel

If you order over the online you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.

Amending Your Order – before dispatching of goods

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 01386 584 748 or email info@cotswoldgold.co.uk up until the point of its dispatch to you or a third party.

Damaged goods

We pack our products with care and hope you receive them in perfect condition. If however your order is damaged in transit we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone (see our contact details). In some cases we will require evidence of the damage to show to our courier to help us give a better service to you.

Returning Goods

If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact us within 24 hours on info@cotswoldgold.co.uk. Please return any goods in unused and undamaged condition within 14 days of purchase, for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.

Payment may be made on our website via a secure Paypal transaction.

VAT, if required, is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20.0%) unless otherwise specified.

All goods remain the property of Cotswold Gold until payment is made in full.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
