Hot Buttered Rum recipe…
- Ingredients: 1 tbsp Brandy Butter, some Nutmeg and Cinnamon (light sprinkle of each), 50ml Dark or Spiced Rum, 100ml Hot water.
- Method: Add the Brandy Butter to a heat proof glass or mug, sprinkle over the spices and mix to a soft batter. Add the rum and top up with the hot water. Stir and serve
