I bought these oils as a birthday present for a couple of friends. Such wonderful presents and so delicious too spicing up oils within cooking.
This is the second time I have bought this oil. I use in tomato dishes and in stir fries, it add so much to the flavour of the dish. I have all the other infusions and alternate using different ones with different dishes. Wouldn’t be without them now.

This is lovely, I don't like mustard but love raspberry so thought I would try it, thinking if I don't like it I just won't buy it again. Well, I will be buying it again. The mustard taste isn't strong so doesn't defer from the taste. I love it drizzled over a pasta salad, it just adds that bit of pop!
