High in vitamin E, rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 and low in cholesterol, this cold-pressed extra virgin rapeseed oil is renowned for its health benefits. It also has a high smoking point so is the ideal oil for cooking steak. A little really does go a long way so use in place of butter or add a swirl to risotto or pasta for an impressive finishing touch.

Love this white truffle oil which we first discovered at a Good Food Show. An absolute 5* game changer. Particularly scrumptious when added to scrambled eggs, salmon and avocado. Risotto goes to another level too. Thank you Cotswold Gold for such a wonderfully versatile product. Yum!

As a regular user of Cotswold Gold truffle oil I was really pleased to find that it is now available in a 250ml bottle. While there must be many applications, I tend to use it to enhance our mascarpone and mushroom pizzas as well as mushroom soup. I also sometimes drizzle a few drops into mashed potato.

My hubby was given a small bottle in a selection box for his birthday. Such a beautiful oil that we bought the big bottle. You don’t need much to add a lovely truffle flavour to dishes.
My favourite is added to rice. A few drops in the water when I cook the rice.
Beautiful drizzled on homemade veggie soup.
