Shipping policy

Delivery

All parcels are sent via APC Overnight. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email from APC, allowing you to track your parcel, select a safe place, or rearrange your delivery if needed.

If you order before 11am (Monday - Friday), you will receive your order the next day (not including weekends).

Orders received after 11am will be sent the following day.

For example: if you placed an order before 11am on Monday, you would receive your order on the Tuesday. If you placed an order after 11am on Monday, it would be dispatched on the Tuesday and would arrive with you on the Wednesday.

This is currently only available for customers ordering from the UK mainland.

Once we have accepted and processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. This email will contain your order details and the APC tracking reference. You can use this APC tracking reference to track your order.

Free on all orders over £50

We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, we are unable to confirm a time.

The delivery date will be agreed and confirmed with you and a signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date.

The courier will only deliver on Monday-Friday. Therefore if you place an order on a Friday it will not be sent until the next working day i.e. Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. To receive goods for the weekend the very latest order would be before 11am Thursday morning. We will then process the order and send it on a next day delivery so it will arrive on the Friday in time for the weekend. If you do require an order for a specific date either email or call to let us know so we can make sure the order is processed correctly.

Before the dispatch of your goods, you may request special arrangements (example, to leave with a neighbour or other secure location of your choosing) which we will follow, at your risk, as the insurance may become null and void.

The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than five days, after which, they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the couriers return carriage rates and later re-dispatch costs.
