Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoters: The competition is organised by Cotswold Gold Ltd in collaboration with Ross & Ross Gifts and Lucy’s Dressings (“the Promoters”).
2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, contractors, or family members of any of the Promoters.
3. Entry Period: Opens at 00:00 on Monday 10 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 16 November 2025.
4. How to Enter: Enter by submitting your email address on the official competition entry page. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.
5. Prize: One winner will receive a prize bundle containing products from all three brands with a total retail value of approximately £280. The prize will be delivered to one UK address only before 30 November 2025.
6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. Using the random number generator from Random.org.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email by 18 November 2025. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data & Privacy: By entering, participants consent to their email address being shared with all three Promoters for the purpose of administering the competition and for receiving occasional marketing emails about products, recipes and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
9. General: No cash alternative is available. The Promoters reserve the right to replace prizes with items of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Liability: The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
11. Governing Law: The competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
