Product Story & Inspiration

The Truffle Mayonnaise is a sophisticated accompaniment to cheese, meat and vegetable dishes. The Mayo is made with extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil which means it is a healthier alternative to other options on the market.

The Roast Ham Glaze is the ideal dipping sauce for cheese and meat particularly pork! This glaze can be used as a marinade for roast ham, which is why we have included this in our Homemade Curing Tube Christmas Ham.

The Smoked Apple Chutney contains the perfect balance of flavour from the hand-picked, British apples and the cider vinegar. The combination of these flavours, along with the dates & sultanas makes this chutney the perfect luxurious item for your Christmas buffets.

Truffle Mayonnaise (110g) - Cold-pressed rapeseed oil infused with white truffle (80%), free-range liquid pasteurised whole egg (12%), white wine vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, sea salt.

Roast Ham Glaze (110g)  Sugar, Pineapple (40%), Red Pepper, Habanero Mash (Habanero, Acetic acid, Salt) (1.5%), Lemon juice (from concentrate), Pectin.

Smoked Apple Chutney (115g) - Apples (52%), Cider Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, Dates, Sultanas, Ginger, Smoked Paprika (0.5%), Mustard Seeds, Salt.
