A dry seasoning rub of classic Cajun spices which we have designed to work perfectly with fish.
This dry rub includes a blend of classic Cajun spices, a spice kick from the cayenne and pepper and a nice, rounded flavour from the thyme, garlic, and onion. This rub is intended to work well with fish, and we recommend using salmon or cod. This rub is part of our wider British BBQ Range.
Product Story & Inspiration
In 2016, we launched our much-anticipated BBQ Range with the intention of creating a selection of products that added some glorious flavour to specific meat & fish. We spent time researching and testing the best blend of flavours for traditional BBQ food and curated a range that works perfectly with different meats & fish.
For the Rubs, we have hand-blended freshly ground herbs and spices in-house to create authentic dry Rubs for marinating. They are specifically paired to work with certain meats and fish and not to overpower.
