Garlic has a strong, spicy flavour that mellows and sweetens considerably with cooking. Used in all cuisines all around the world, one of the most identifiable scents. Garlic oil makes an ideal base for curries, soups and sauces. Additionally it pairs perfectly with onions, tomatoes, chilli, ginger, basil, turmeric and beans. Equally delicious with chicken, pork and seafood.
You can even try mixing our infusions together to create other interesting flavour combinations.

This is a fantastic product ,such an easy way to get garlic flavour into dishes without all the peeling and chopping,it is so full of flavour that you don’t need to use too much either which makes it very economical

Agreed! Also you can depend on this, unlike cloves! Some are very strong, some not so, some even have a “fousty” smell. This way Charlie and the team have done the hard work and the oil is just right every time!

Brought the garlic infused oil at the same time as I purchased the basil infused oil. Although the quality is the same as the basil oil I personally found the flavour too strong for my taste. However, I would recommend this product for its quality and versatility . A great buy if you like a good strong taste of garlic

Everything that comes from Cotswold Gold is good but their garlic oil is my favourite. They must think that I drink it by the glass as I order it four bottles at a time!! (I promise you, I don’t!) CG’s garlic oil is sooooo versatile. Dress a salad with it, add it to a stir fry, drizzle onto mushrooms (for instant garlic mushrooms – yummy), use it in tapas or mezze dishes, add to a good old fashioned casserole and coating jacket potatoes in it before popping in the oven, makes them crispy skinned and absolutely delicious every time!
The great thing about CG’s garlic oil is that a drop goes a long way, don’t overdo it, the high smoke factor means that it’s perfect for for hot temperature cooking, such as stir fries and it’s good for you!! Couldn’t live without it. Also, try the garlic mayo – mmmmmm- delish.
