Charlie – Founder aka the ‘Boss Man’
Loves – Country life, time with his young family, good food and sport – especially skiing!
Interesting Facts: Charlie set up Cotswold Gold in 2010 off the back of his University course work and is the 3rd generation of his family to run a business from East Lodge farm.
Hannah – Sidekick to the boss. Heads up business development
Loves – A spreadsheet, time with her family, travelling, food, art and xc riding on her horse (not always in that order)
Interesting Facts: Hannah used to run Britain’s only teddy bear factory, is a qualified chartered surveyor and paints landscapes in her spare time.
Tomas – Our energetic production chief
Loves – Whisky, good humour, cake and chips with plenty of mayonnaise.
Interesting Facts: Tomas speaks four languages, is an exceptional people person and a talented builder with a brain for engineering and joinery – he is currently renovating his house himself.
Tomek – Usually seen delivering to local restaurants in the CG van
Loves – A football fanatic who coaches juniors in his spare time. Keeps fit cycling to work!
Interesting Facts: Tomek has a degree in Psychology and previously supervised a coleslaw manufacturing line for 9 years. Tomek has an 8 year old son who is a talented footballer with a love for Gucci shoes.
Tomas – Our multi-skilled tractor driver, production assistant and in-house builder
Loves – Tractors, sheep and country life
Interesting Facts: Tomas is practically minded and can turn his hand to anything. He is the youngest member of the team and is always smiling.
