I’ve anticipated this being 5 star, like all the other products I’ve tried from this producer; as I’ve not tried it yet but I have to say the convenience is going to good, I’ve previously made my own with the Cotswold Gold Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil. Is anybody still buying Olive oil these days, with it’s low flash/burning temperature and its, sometimes over- powering odour? The benefits of buying a UK produced cold pressed rapeseed oil are so obvious that I suspect one day Olive oil will be back on the shelf in the pharmacy where it was years ago and where, in my opinion, it belongs!

It’s asparagus season and time to order some of #CotswoldGold hollandaise sauce, the perfect accompaniment for a light asparagus lunch in the garden or a starter to a special meal.
Top tip: add an extra bottle or jar of Cotswold Gold goodies and make a gift of it to somebody you love.

This is the best hollandaise sauce I have ever had. Some are usually too tangy or too strong and overpower but this was just right.
Would highly recommend!
