Delivery

We offer a fast next day delivery from APC Overnight.

If you order before 11am (Monday - Friday), you will receive your order the next day (not including weekends).

Orders received after 11am will be sent the following day.

For example: if you placed an order before 11am on Monday, you would receive your order on the Tuesday. If you placed an order after 11am on Monday, it would be dispatched on the Tuesday and would arrive with you on the Wednesday.

This is currently only available for customers ordering from the UK mainland.

Once we have accepted and processed your order, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. This email will contain your order details and the APC tracking reference. You can use this APC tracking reference to track your order.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. Any order that is under £50, we charge £5 for next day delivery. (UK Mainland only)

Please note: we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

APC will deliver between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, I'm afraid we are unable to confirm a time.

The courier will only deliver Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Your order will be sent to the shipping address received during the checkout process.

Before the dispatch of your goods, you may request special arrangements on your order for example; to leave with a neighbour or another secure location of your choosing. We will follow instructions from your order, but please note this is at your own risk, as the insurance may become null and void.

The goods will not be held by the local APC courier for longer than 5 days. After 2 delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will await your further instructions. You will be charged for re-dispatch costs.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions for Lucy’s Dressings Survey

Eligibility requirements

You must be over the age of 18 to complete the survey and be entered into the draw.
You must live in the UK.
Employees of Cotswold Gold or their friends and family cannot enter.

Entry mechanism

Complete the survey and enter your name and email address.
The survey must be completed by 5pm on Friday 13^th June 2025
Only one entry is allowed per person/email address.

Prize details

The prize is a £25 Lucy’s Dressings voucher and free delivery to be used on the Lucy’s Dressing website in one transaction (www.lucysdressings.co.uk)
There is one prize of £25 and free delivery to one winner.
The voucher is only valid for one transaction. If the total amount spent is less than £25, the remaining amount will be lost.
The winner will be notified by Wednesday 18^th June 2025 and will be emailed a unique code to use on the Lucy’s Dressings website.
The survey will run from Monday 2nd June - Friday 13th June 2025

Selection process

The winner will be selected on Wednesday 18^th June 2025 and notified by email which will include the voucher code.
random.org, a verifiable random selection method will be used to select an email address at random.
The winner will be notified by email.
The prize code will be valid for 2 years from the 18^thJune 2025.

Data usage

The data collected will be used to select the winner and carry out data analysis from our existing data base of who completed the survey. Only existing customers will be sent the survey to complete. Anyone entering their name and email address will already be on our database and will have previously consented to receiving emails from Lucy’s Dressing
