Cotswold Gold Coronation Chicken

Servings – makes enough filling for 10 sandwich rolls

Cotswold Gold Coronation Chicken Ingredients

3 x cooked chicken breasts – preferably marinaded and grilled in Lemon & Balsamic Drizzle
2 tbsp Mango chutney
1 tbsp curry powder
A handful of fresh coriander
Salt & pepper to taste


1) Shred the chicken into a bowl

2) Add the mayonnaise, mango chutney and curry powder

3) Mix altogether until the chicken is well covered in sauce

4) Roughly chop the coriander and stir into the mixture

5) Season to taste
